THE IDENTITY WEAPON

Hey there, It's me back to the game after more than a year. A lot has changed. So did I. The thing that has sparked interest in me to get back to writing today is the political similarity of different geopolitical grounds at so many levels. This is not some new theory of mine that I propose. its just a world view of the juncture that we're at and I'm not blaming anyone for doing it. And yes its not about AI.    The word identity politics has been around since the last decade in India, thanks to Prashant Kishore. Today, the world, politically is at a crux where there are best of many sides playing against each other. But one remained emerging victorious. There is a pattern established to emerge as the winner. That is the game of identity politics.   People identify themselves with many things. from religion, caste, Sex, occupation, region, the language they speak, some people also say that they are an Indian first in an attempt to put the nation first. When I ...

8 things to do in lockdown

Hey guys thank you for coming again on to the blog. Since everyone is bored staying at home (including me) I thought of giving some tips to you all so that you can make your time productive. You heard it from the person who spends all the time on Instagram. Anyways, here are 9 tips to make the rest of lockdown productive!
Tip 1️⃣ share your house work
Send your maid home. They too have a family. And not letting her to your house also stops the spread of the virus. Share your work instead of sitting like a couch potato. If you want to broom the floor instead of washing the utensils, do it. Just do what you are interested in.

Tip 2️⃣ get in touch with people whom you missed for a long time
This gave me a lot of nostalgia and I really liked the way my old friends talked to me. This also tests your friends in the sense that they cannot avoid you saying they’re busy. They can just say they are busy because everyone is in home. They don’t have much work to do.

Tip 3️⃣ cook for your family
Cook for yourself and your family. Try new recipes. There are many YouTube videos on food items. My favourite cooking channel is ' home cooking show '. There are diverse variety of food items on the channel go check it out.

Tip 4️⃣ binge watch content
Watch new content. Watching the same kind of content makes you bored and we don’t like that at all. So keep watching  and exploring new content.

Tip 5️⃣ work out
Since we are at our homes we automatically eat more than usual. So, keep working out. We also work less than usual. We don’t be in a hurry because we are just roaming inside the house. So we must work out. Break lethargy. Feeling lethargic in such times is common but to stay fit and healthy you must break lethargy.

Tip 6️⃣ clean your house
Remove all the waste in your wardrobe. Remove all the clothes which have been lying around and you are not going to fit into it anymore. Remove those and donate them.

Tip 6️⃣ follow educational pages
These pages will help you develop your skills and mental ability. They keep you engaged and make you learn new things. There is this Instagram page called “abhiandniyu” they are doing a 21 day upgrade series. Go check them out. The page also has tasks in its highlights. Go check them out.

Tip 7️⃣ verify the information you share
Verify the information which you share on Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media platforms. We don’t want to create panic by sharing false information. Say this to your parents so that they also don’t let the fake news spread.

Tip 8️⃣ the Prime Minister task
Earlier our PM Narendra Modi ji has told us to clap and people made processions on the road which increases the rate of the spread of virus. Now he is asking us to light lamps like Diyas, candles, torches and mobile flashlights. He did NOT prepone Diwali. Don’t be in an imagination that we can burst crackers too. That will be so dumb.

Hope you keep yourself engaged in something or the other. Comment what are you doing to make your time productive. Stay home Stay safe. Prevention is better than cure. So take the necessary measures. Thank you! See you again.
